For some reason these were tagged under digital art, but all of these were painted with watercolors. The lineart for the boy riding the beautiful horse was made by Pettry and I got to color it. c:

It was actually a fashion swap, but the costume that I got to draw was so unconventional (you will see when you go to the website) that I couldn’t just draw a pretty girl with a lovely dress.So it became a kind of sea monster who disguises as a coral to catch cute fishes.
It doesn’t fit in the slideshow of the fashion swap though. Sorry!

Painting practice with thicker watercolors only this time (or perhaps they’re called gouache, I’ve always had a hard time try translate “peitevärit” from Finnish to English). I’ve noticed that they make very nice textures on their own if I make washes with them instead of painting thick layers.
